Phang Nga Bay

Phang Nga Bay is located in the Andaman Sea in southern Thailand, between Phuket Island and the Malay Peninsula, with an area of 400km2, most of Phang Nga Bay is planned as Ao Phang Nga National Park and protected by the government. Ko Panyi ancient fishing village is one of the oldest fishing villages in Thailand, currently there are 315 households living there, and especially all the people in the village are descendants of Toh Baboo, the founder of the village two centuries ago. Coming here, visitors can learn about the life and culture of the indigenous people, enjoy fresh seafood dishes and immerse themselves in the peaceful nature here.

The mysterious caves in Ao Phang Nga National Park such as Tham Lad, Tham Nak,... will satisfy the curiosity and desire to conquer nature of travellers.

Hat Khao Lak Beach is the most beautiful beach in Phang Nga Bay with clear blue water, long fine white sand and interesting water games.

Visitors can take a car, train or plane to reach Phang Nga Bay. Book tickets and land at Phuket or Krabi airport, then take a short drive by car you can reach Phang Nga. If you like to experience the rail, get on the train station in Bangkok and go to Sura Thani station, then from Sura Thani, it takes about 2 hours by car to reach Phang Nga. In addition, visitors can take about 12 hours by road from Bangkok to Phang Nga Bay.

You can come to Phang Nga at any time of the year, but the best time to visit Phang Nga is from October to December when the weather is cool, pleasant, suitable for sightseeing and joining fun activities on the beach. You should spend about 3 to 4 days to explore Phang Nga Bay and other famous places nearby such as Hong Island, Ao Nang Sea, Maya Bay, Phi Phi Islands.
