Koh Yao Yai

Koh Yao Yai is a beautiful unspoiled island in Phang Nga Bay that not far from Phuket and Krabi, just a speedboat ride away from Phuket. Getting to Koh Yao Yai is very easy, you just need to take a taxi or private car to Bangrong Pier in the north of Phuket island then board a speedboat to Klong Hia Pier on Koh Yao Yai. The price of a bullet train ticket is about $5.8 per person. It takes about 20 minutes from Phuket and about 45 minutes from Krabi to Koh Yao Yai.
Best time to visit Koh Yao Yai is from November to April next year when the climate is very pleasant and dry and the temperature is not too hot.
