Nam Ha National Protected Area

Located about 5km in the South West of Luang Namtha Province, Nam Ha National Protected Area is known as one of the entire places for nature lovers, which deserves to be explored.
 
The park has been designated and classified as a world natural heritage by UNESCO in 1993. With an area of 2,224 square km stretching from the Chinese border to the middle of Namtha province, the Nam Ha National Park’s landscape is very diverse, characterized by the tropical forest with big old trees, a range of mountains, some grassland and many large rivers, streams and waterfalls.
