Boat cruise canal of Thonburi, Bangkok, Thailand

Take an early visit to the famed Wat Pho to observe the serene morning chanting ritual of the monks, an incredible start for the day. This temple is considered highest among the six first-class Royal temples in Thailand, housing the largest collection of Buddha images in the country and is home to the famous 46 m long reclining Buddha. Wander around the temple ground for sightseeing and admiring the huge gold-plated reclining Buddha with auspicious symbols on the feet.
Continue to the majestic Royal Grand Palace, Bangkok’s most important landmark which used to be the residence of the Kings of Thailand and is one of the most beautiful samples of an ancient Siamese court. Nearby is the Wat Phra Kaew, popularly known as the Temple of Emerald Buddha, which houses the mysterious Buddha image that is meticulously carved from a single block of jade and deeply venerated as the country's palladium.
Following, visit the Wat Traimit, another Bangkok's famous temple with the Golden Buddha Image weighing over 5.5 tons of solid gold. The statue, said to be casted sometime around 14 century and was covered with a layer of stucco, was revealed in 1955 when people were trying to install it into a newly built viharn at the present place.
Later, you will take a long-tail cruise along the winding ‘khlongs’ (canals) of Thonburi, another world away from the chaotic streets of the capital, passing lush green dotted with gilded temples on both banks, wooden stilts houses right on water, charming local markets and vendor boats serving up Thai delicacies. Life along these ‘khlongs’ has long been an inseparable part of the Thai lifestyle and has hardly changed over the years.
Remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Cycling Bang Krachao, Bangkok, thailand
view of Bangkok temple, Thailand

This morning you will spend time to explore Bang Krachao, the “Bangkok’s green lung”, a hidden jungle oasis offering wonderful escape from chaotic streets of the capital. Surrounded by the Chao Phraya River, Bang Krachao is some kind of a wetland that comprises several square miles of evergreen mangrove forests, ponds and lakes, small homesteads, with elevated pathways running zigzag through scenic tropical abundance. This land is unique and amazing in its own right, providing a taste of what one could expect from Thailand’s amazing national parks.
Take a bicycle for a leisurely ride, enjoy the serene natural setting as you paddle along pathways precariously perched above the canals under foliage of jungle, visiting floating market (weekend), local temple, explore Thai village life, and why not grab a beer at a tree house bar and enjoy the splendor of your surroundings – you'll find it hard to believe you're near the centre of the Thai capital.
Back to Bangkok center and remainder of the day is at your leisure.
Perhaps, you may like to hop on a tuk tuk and ride to the bustling Chinatown for an exploring of colorful streets, wander through busy market for some fun shopping or indulge yourself with a beautiful Thai massage. In the evening why not walk down the famous tourist mecca of Khao San road and venture on a street food crawl.
