After backpacking for 2 months in Southeast Asia, Thrillist's Kastalia Medrano confesses that it's hard to avoid the feeling of FOMO (fear of missing out) on the trip. She has to pick the most memorable place in each Southeast Asian country and she starts by recommending Lan Ha Bay to tourists who visit Vietnam.

Lan Ha Bay, situated in the south of Halong Bay, draws tourists with its gorgeous small islands with pristine white sandy beaches, secluded at the foot of rocky mountains. You have to rent a boat to explore this place and swim in the clear blue water when you come to Lan Ha Bay.
