9 days South Vietnam tour: Delta, Mountains & Beach

Take a morning ride on cyclo through busy Saigon streets, catch up interesting moments of local life and visit to city’s some featured sights. Explore the War Remnants Museum where you learn something about serious wars that happened in the country in the last century. Continue to the Reunification Palace, former Presidential palace of the Saigon regime where display many interesting objects that related to occupants of the building before it was captured by the communist army in 1975.
Walk across the street to the nearby Notre-Dame Cathedral and then Central Post Office, two of some prominent French gothic architecture in the city. From there you will take a ride along the Dong Khoi Street (former Rue Catinat, made famous by Graham Greene in his best-selling book - the Quiet American) and passing the historical building such as municipal theatre, hotel Continental, Rex Hotel and so on.
Drop to visit a colorful Hindu temple, where you will see most of the payers are not Hindus, to learn more about the local spiritual life. Your last visit in the morning will be the Ben Thanh market.

In the afternoon you will take a tour to Saigon’s China Town. Wander through colorful streets and shops at Binh Tay Market (Cho Lon) and visit to the Thien Hau Pagoda.
Back to your hotel and the remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Leave the hustle Ho Chi Minh City for a 2 hour drive to Cai Be, a rustic little town line on the bank of mighty Mekong River. On arrival board your river cruiser for a fascinating cruise on the mighty Mekong. As lunch is served, the boat starts cruising. Sit back and watch the fantastic scenery and the daily life of the Mekong people.
In the afternoon you can disembark for a guided leisurely stroll through the village and the surrounding fruit orchards and rice fields. Meet the friendly locals and taste the local produce and fruits.
Get back on board and enjoy a drink at the bar or relax on deck as the sun sets over the magnificent water landscape. The boat will anchor for the night.
The day ends with a delicious on-board dinner.

Summary of inclusions

Crossing the Mekong on the way to Cai Rang Floating Market, the most colorful floating market in the delta.
Here, hundreds of boats gather for selling and buying making it a very exciting scene. Seller boats have their sample product hung on a pole to attract customers and make it easier for people to see from afar what is on offer.
Disembark the boat and take transfer back to the airport for a short flight to Da Lat, the Alps of Vietnam, the city of love and flower.

Located on the Liang Biang Plateau in the South Central Higland of Vietnam with beautiful temperate weather, stunning natural scenery, beautiful architectures of colonial buildings dotted on hillside amongst green trees and blossoms as well as very colorful minority communities those still maintain their traditional life style and culture identities.

Get pick up from the airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Evening is at your leisure.

Today you will have a day tour sightseeing Da Lat featured sights including the Crazy House, as its name implies, a special and rebelling idea of architecture that may come from fairy tales; the Domain de Marie monastery - a French built convent with remarkable architectural style and garden; the Dream Hill embellished by Dragon Lake; Da Lat flower park which is a great place for flower lovers; the Old Da Lat train station; the King Summer Palace used by the last King of Vietnam; the Robin Hill where you can have the full view of Da Lat and take a great cable car ride to Truc Lam Zen pagoda and Tuyen Lam Lake; the Central market of Da Lat with full of fresh local produces.

After breakfast, jump up on motorbike for your interesting sightseeing day of Da Lat surrounding country.
Get out of the city centre to the suburban area to enjoy the greenery and rural life.
Here you will take a visit a vegetable village and then a flower growing village to join with local at their farming works, learning about local working methods.
Continue to visit a coffee plantation to learn about famous product of Da Lat in particular and Centre Highland in general. Also, you will have a chance to visit a weasel coffee farm and workshop where farmers feed weasel with best coffee fruits to get the best ‘weasel coffee’, cricket farm, local workshop of local rice wine distillery and the silk manufacturing workshop.
Along the way you will also have chance to stop and visit local hill tribe village of Cil and Lat people, two of different Montagnard group in the Central Higland area.

In the afternoon you will get your  ride to Elephant Waterfall that is described as one of the most beautiful waterfalls of the Central Highlands then the Linh An pagoda which is famous for a huge statue of Quan Yin, 54m high, looking down the area from a hill.
Get back to your hotel in the late afternoon and evening is free at your leisure.

Note: if motorbike riding is not your cup of tea, car/van drive can be used instead.

After breakfast, take a private vehicle drive along the spectacular landscapes of mountains, hills, sinuous passes, stunning valleys and evergreen plantations to Nha Trang with stops along the way for visiting local village, photos and local interaction.

Known for its long and white sandy beach, consistency of good weather, beautiful emerald water and colorful coral reefs, Nha Trang is one of the most famous and popular beach towns in the country. This place is also boasted as the best site for snorkeling and scuba diving.

Check in hotel upon arrival and remainder of the day is to enjoy your time at leisure for sun, sea and sand of Nha Trang.

Today you will have a boat trip on Nha Trang bay to visit some of the nearby islands and marine park.
Start with a visit to an island fishing village where you will walk through a local market, interact with local people and enjoy a round bamboo basket boat rowing. Continue to a marine protected area where you can swim in the clear warm water and enjoy snorkeling to discover the colorful coral reefs.

Your afternoon is at leisure on the beach for sun, sea and sand.
Back to hote in the late afternoon and remainder of the day is at your leisure.
