Along the way you also visit the Preah Dark village and the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive relief’s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends.
Later, get transfer to the airport for a short flight to Phnom Penh.
After checking in the hotel, in the same afternoon you will take a visit to Wat Phnom, the birth place of Phnom Penh before taking a sunset cruise on the Mekong River.

Continue to Silver Pagoda which draws its name with more than 5,000 silver tiles covering the temple’s floor and and offers a wide display of priceless Buddhist and historical objects.
Later in the day you will take visits to Toul Sleng museum (S-21) and the killing field of Choueng Ek, the two places that remind the darkness in the Cambodia’s recent history under the rule of the Khmer Rouge.

In the morning, drive out of the city to visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels which was dug and used by Viet Minh and later Viet Cong during the anti-French and anti-American war. This is an underground city with a spider web system of more than 200km of tunnels dug deep in the hard soil that consists of living areas, kitchens, storage, weapon shops, field hospitals, command centers was the living and fighting ground for thousands of people.
Creep into the tunnel to experience how people lived and fought as well as to learn how strong people’s determination can be.
In the afternoon, you will have a city tour of Saigon – Ho chi Minh City for its feature sights including History Museum, the Reunification Palace – former President Palace of the South, Notre Dame Cathedral – the famous religious architecture built from 1880 and nearby Central Post office.
Take a walk along the Dong Khoi Street – former Rue Catinat, made famous by Graham Greene in his best-selling book The quiet American and enjoy some time for fun shopping in Ben Thanh market.

Leave bustling Ho Chi Minh for more than 2 hour drive to Cai Be in the Mekong Delta that is home to a colorful floating market, vast emerald rice fields, luxuriant orchards and lush back waterways.
Take a boat cruise to visit to the fascinating Cai Be floating market where hundreds of boats gather for selling and buying fresh local produce.
Also, you will visit local village where you will observe locals making traditional stuffs such as rice paper cakes, fish sauce and pop rice.
Continue your cruise along meandering canal for sightseeing of local life on water and the two banks. Visit to local home, orchard and sample fresh tropical fruits. Lunch with local specialties of Mekong and enjoy a sampan rowing along shady creek.

Enjoy an eco-cycling tour along the little paths through rice paddies, farms and peaceful villages where you will see buffalos, local working with traditional tools and friendly children waving at you along the way. Visit to Tra Que, a vegetable growing village that is famous for its green herbs where you can join with locals on their farm to learn how the best herbs and greens are grown.
Later you will take a tour to Hoi an central market to experience amazing sights, sounds and get introduction about ingredients available there before going to the cooking center for the cooking class. After breakfast get a transfer to the pier for a trip by private long boat on the Mekong River to the holy cave of Pak Ou where contains thousands of Buddha statues and is an important place for pilgrims. Weather: The weather in this part of Southeast Asia is varied depening on the region and season. In the winter time from Nov to Feb, the temperature in some area such as North Vietnam, especially mountainous areas can be as low as 2-4 Degree Celsius (35 Degree Fahrenheit) and pretty cold. Other parts can be warm with temperature up to 36 Degree Celsius or more (96 Degree Fahrenheit). What to take: What you need to bring will vary according to the trip style you have chosen, the countries you are visiting and when you are travelling. Generally speaking you should pack as lightly as possible. It is advisable to have your backpack or suitcase with wheels. An overnight bag with a shoulder strap or little backpacks is convenient to carry water and a camera etc for day trips. Warm clothes and light jacket are needed for the North Vietnam and northern Lao during the winter time from November to March. Sunblock, swimsuits and a light raincoat is advised all year round.
